olive oil consumption. how much is too much.

I've been taking shots of it (lol) to hit my calories for each day

Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking soda.

Make a paste, apply to your teeth and let it sit for at least a good hour, then rinse with cold water.

avoid coffee, tea, and other acidic and staining foods.

Yes you definitely can do that. It would help get you back into keto much faster after the carb load.

Well, there are reports of people in italy drinking upwards of 12 fluid ounces of olive oil per day. In case you are wondering, that is a STAGGERING amount of calories. However, they stay relatively lean and also end up living quite along time.

I would say there really isn't TOO MUCH olive oil one can have unless you are greatly exceeding your caloric intake.

did it today, workout went jst fine!

is there ne thing else i could do to help minimize muscle loss while doing these "fasted" workouts? (bcaas, maybe some glutamine? tc)

i read up on it a little bit an wat i got out of it was since it is a catabolic state, ur body will use muscle as energy too...

its me again :D

lol sorry, but this guy at the gym was talking about the product Xtend, basically it seems like its jst another form of BCAAs but also contains L-Glutamine and Citrulline Malate.

i guess i cld jst stick with my BCAA 1000 from ON, and then buy a seperate bottle of Glutamine....

When doing chest, my shoulders have been killing me. They burn like a mother fucker when I do cables and DB press.

Would sticking to low reps(no more than 5) be a good idea?
