Oh wait...the front ones that we did to the ear, that weight was probably 200+. Not 100% sure though.

okay, i was kinda surprised when you said those were only 170-190. because i do 3x10 @ 170. you got stronk back though.

I'm not all about strength anymore. Lol

I try to squeeze them. I could throw around the whole stack if I wanted to (like I used to) but then I don't feel it work as much.

I was saddened to see how long it has been since someone posted something in this thread. As always, Pure will provide :lol:



I fucked up my fourth one causing it to go up not nearly as smoothly. Somehow managed to push out a bit and it was all away from my body etc. Really wanted 5 :(

Edit: As always, fantastic motivational music!

Shoulders are a work in progress. They're catching up slowly but surely!

I'll start to train in 12 days after almost 12 months already! I'm eager to do it ^_^

Oh, and I might try the 5/3/1, since now I can workout 4 days a week if I want to :)

PD: Anyway I still think your to be a good OHP^vs BP ratio... Isn't it?

I BP almost as twice as I press for military :(

Like 7 weeks ago i dropped the pl stance and just laid down. Was at 275x4. Gone up 10 lbs a week ever since. Hoping it doesnt come to an end before 365 but lettuce be real, id have to be on dat celltech prolly :lol:
