everyone is different...however..if you have adequate nutrition you should be able to lift at least 5 days a week without problem.

It might be the types of workouts you are doing. Only work one major muscle group per week -

ex:

mon - chest/abs
tues - back/calves
weds - legs/forearms
thurs - shoulders/abs
fri - biceps/triceps

Oh thank you, ill try to do something like that. But i got an idea. I get very little sleep, does that have a big influence on your muscles? I know it's good to get enough sleep, but does it really make a big difference?

HUGE difference.

Without 8-10 hours of good sleep every night, you are indeed risking massive fatigue and even over-training.

You need to get more sleep, even if it means taking naps, or going to bed earlier.

Sleep is actually the single most important supplement to the body. Without it, recovery can not occur, and natural production of hormones slows down...metabolism also slows.

Get more sleep!

So, there is a thing called spot reduction? Maybe 7_Deadly_Sins should listen to his own advice and stop "giving bad miss leading advice".

Thank you, kind sir, for your input.

based on what you were saying, you would have to have some form of insulating clothing on your face, have fun, nn suffocation

No...that's only if you were trying to FORCE spot reduction on your face.

A heating pad on the neck/chin/cheeks while you sleep at night would be the solution....or wearing a ski mask around the house and at night when you sleep would suffice.

However, as stated before it depends on genetics...sometimes people naturally lose fat in the face before other parts....sometimes they aren't so lucky.

Hey,

Quick simple question, if I tend to pack more fat in certain areas of my body, will the fat tend to get removed first from those areas? (When I'll be cutting)

Thx
