Was watching this thread for a while, figured I would "Introduce" myself in here
Been working out for about a year, but been serious about it for 4 months I'd say
Currently at 158 pounds, 6'0, 17 years old...;

I agree! I started doing my shoulder day recently and the str has gone up a lot already. Before now I never worked them out though lol.

As for deadlifts. I know they're #1 for back building, I never said they weren't. I just said I go relatively light on them. If I can't easily do 8 or so reps I don't raise the weight. It's slowly moving up though :)

yea good idea on the dl's imo

i love deadlifts but too many times where i dl heavy for a few months and my back feels like shit

L2deadlift.

Ive pulled < 3 reps every week for over 8 months. No problems so far.
