nice workout, just needs deadlifts haha.
only criticism on physique is your arms seem to be lacking
(noticed in seated row part)

I'll start deadlifting again soon.

My biceps have always been horrible. Can't seem to get them to grow... :zzz:

they look twice as good as mine when you do the most muscular pose though

My triceps are pretty good but my biceps are so flat/garbage. From the side they don't look too bad but as soon as I throw them up for a double bi pose, they flatten out. IDFK why! :fume:

I like mine from the side (side bi pose) and front Double but
from the front they ugly

what do you weigh, and what was the weight you were doing on the lat pull downs?

I weighed 192 this morning. And I'm not sure on the weight I was doing on that machine. Lol I would guess around 170-190?
