since i dont have ankle weights, is it ok to jump with a barbell on my back, like performing a squat? progressively up the weight week by week?

No, don't do that just yet...

If no ankle weights are present, I want you to hold a 10 lb weight in each hand or hold a 25 lb weight against your chest when jumping

what's your opinion on alcohol? if my diet is 100% in check aswell as workout routine, would drinking once every two weeks affect my gains significantly? (the night i go out drinking would also probably mess up my macros)

5x5s are an integral part of strength training, however....athletic training depends on your athletic goals...so I need you to be more specific.

Secondly, I would do HIIT 3x per week PWO. As far as plyos go, you can do this 2x per week on OFF days from strength training.

well... to be honest, and as ridiculous as it may sound i would just like to get into as close a shape as i can to a pro football player. someone that can play all skill positions. qb/wr/db/lb. i say football because they are very well rounded as athletes.
basically i just want to dominate in pick up sports games.

I started to do Deadlift now in my program.

Started just easy with them, to get the form right.

The problem is, my grip fails... lol.

My back could handle about 3-5 reps more, but my grip don't, it was same for my 2 other friends too ^^

This wasn't too heavy either, it was in 8-10 rep range.

Also, after Deadlift, my grip is a pain with other exsercise after.

What is a good Back routine like, on Hypertrophy?

once every 2 weeks won't hurt you....try to avoid drinking to excess when you drink though

I gotcha.

In that case, a standard 5x5 plan, with HIIT cardio PWO 4 of the 5 days (do not HIIT on legs day), as well as 2 days of intense plyos on your days off would be satisfactory. However, that leaves you no days of rest. As a result you will need more sleep every night. If this is not possible, make the 5x5 work for a 4 days week (start splitting the groups like this:)

Mon - Chest/Back/Bis +HIIT
Tues - Shoulders/Legs/Abs
Weds - Traps/Tris/Calves +HIIT
Thurs - Muscles needing additional attention +HIIT
Fri - Plyos
Sat - Plyos +HIIT
Sun - OFF

To fix your deadlift issue, you can try two things.

1. Try the over-under grip like this

2. Try using lifting straps like these:

Hey Raynor,

Remember I told you about my shin splints a week or so ago? The HIIT PWO that I did on Monday, aggravated my shins a lot. Today when I went onto the track to do my PWO HIIT, my shins gave me A LOT of sharp pains. I ended up jogging for 2 minutes, drank my protein, and went home. Should I just wait for the shins to calcify before I do anymore PWO HIIT? The pain is sharp whenever I try to run.

You know I honestly dunno whats giving me so much trouble. I drink an unearthly amount of milk + take 5000 IU vita D everyday. I'd think my shins would've calcified by now...

You should purchase a good set of shin splint compression sleeves like this:

Take about 3-4 days off, and then begin using those when you run...it should help.

Also I recommend getting special shoes for running - find a local running store ("fit 2 run" is one of many types) and they will custom fit you for a pair of shoes
