hey, i was wondering if you had any knowledge of a certain yogurt
im not sure if there are any kroger stores near you, but ive tried these yogurts called carbmaster yogurt
http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-kroger-yogurt-carb-master-i112890the protein/carb/fats are pretty solid for a late night snack, but i was concerned if any of the ingredients made this detrimental enough to go back to cottage cheese or greek yogurt
Here are the BAD ingredients: (bolded)
Ingredients: water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, cream,
modified corn starch,
glycerine, natural and
artifical flavor, salt, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, malic acid, phosphoric acid, pectin, agar, sodium citrate,
sucralose,
acesulfame potassium, annatto and turmeric extract (for color), vitamin a palmitate, vitamin D3, active cultures with L acidophilus and B. bifidum
I would advise greek yogurt or cottage cheese and add truvia if you want it sweeter without the carbs/calories.
