Do not overthink this for a clean bulk...for a clean bulk just eat as many green veggies as possible in general. If you hate veggies and just want a bottom line, I would say go for at least 3 servings a day. However if you like them, eat up!

as far as o-oil and vinegar...about 1tbsp o-oil + as much vinegar as you need to taste. I like balsamic myself.

Is it ok to eat only baby spinach and no other veggies? Its the only type of greens i can stand lol.

would it be optimum to eat only baby spinach?

how much is 3 servings?

hey raynor,

what would be a long term health complication if someone skipped green cruciferous vegetables during their bulk? Just relying on multivitamin and supplements. While eating whole grain carbs, healthy fats, plenty of good protein (eggs, milk, chicken, beef... etc)? Would the body become over all more acidic?

Hey, let's say you cook something on a skillet with extra virgin olive oil. In my case i cook my eggs with 1 tbsp olive oilve (15 ml). How much of that fat is actually good for your body and is absorbed? You wrote somewhere in the past that if the Oil hits the steaming point or w/e then it's useless. But if it doesn't hit that what happens then?

Not exactly. I would recommend a variety if possible. However if you like baby spinach you might want to try:

Kale, Collard Greens, Escarole, Mustard Greens, and Rappini.

3 servings would be around 1/4 of a pound per serving.

Lack of fiber, lack of overall nutrients, perhaps a PH imbalance (although there is conflicting evidence here), digestive enzyme issues, and increased risk of certain types of cancer.

That's the effects of lacking in green cruciferous veggies that I can at least back up to a degree with evidence. There are a lot of other hypotheses floating around out there, but they do not have enough research to back them up yet.

Hey there.

This is a VERY difficult subject because it all depends on the lifts that you need the most work on.

However in general, if you are looking to improve all 3 big lifts (bench/squat/C&J) I would recommend following this:

If olive oil doesn't reach it's smoke point, it remains totally used. Olive oil smoke point is roughly 365degrees which is also conveniently the temperature for which most frying should occur. As a result, if you are VERY careful you can fry or sautee your foods in olive oil and see absolutely no issues whatsoever. I recommend a digital thermometer (laser) for cooking which will give you a great idea where your temps are at.

If the oil never reaches beyond the 365 degree mark, you will be fine with no ill effects.

hey raynor. I restarted keto. I am on day 6 and my strips are saying I'm pretty deep on ketosis. It's the 4th stage out of six which I assume is perfect. do I still go without a carb day for the next week or carb up?

You can begin carb dark right now rather than wait an extra week, your body adjusts to keto rapidly which is good.

enjoy!
