- Poptarts
- Icecream

Go to subway & get a footlong.... dont need to eat it in one sitting but eat it throughout the day when u have the time.

I was never looking to drop into single digit bodyfat. I had the absolute goal of 600/900/800 on the big 3. I got to 545bp/785dl/695sq

Hell, on continental presses, atlas stones, odd object lifts, etc. A couple extra lbs actually helps
