Yeah It's nothing major it's just a slight shakiness.

I know many people with this same condition. It is quite normal and there just really isn't too much to do about it. Just embrace it as normality for your body.

Hi, Raynor! :)

You heard about Victor Costa?

Here's a video, from him, if you havent seen him before -

So, what's your thoughts about this ''Different'' training, he do?

What's so good with it, or bad?

It looks really good, but well, maybe because he's very ''well-trained'', don't know.

Thanks in advance!

There is nothing different about his training. He is saying to focus on the forum, go slowly, and burn out. This is classical hypertrophy training.

It is good, useful, and very effective at building muscle volume

edit:

HOWEVER, this WILL NOT BUILD STRENGTH!!!

does sweating have much or anything to do with caloric expenditure?

No sir. None whatsoever.

The act of sweating by itself generally is significant of calorie burning, but the actual act of sweating itself has no impact of caloric expenditure.

Use DBs!! There are plenty of Dumbbell exercises for delts! Front/lat/bent raises, reverse cable crossovers, cable extensions, upright rows, bent over wide grip rows, the list goes on and on.

I'm not sure what information you need from me, and if it would be easier, we can resort to PMing.

I'm 20, as of yesterday, I weighed in at 248lbs and im 6'0". I'm looking to seriously start working out to build muscle and cut the fat. I know the gist of what needs to be done nutritionally speaking, but I'm not sure what I should do as far as the actual exercising goes. How often, of what, and when to break.

I attend a university so I have an extensive rec center I can use.

I don't want to hurt myself, so I figured I would as you all first what to do. I'm just tired of being a fat fuck.

So, how does he perform his excersices (any difference really?, from your hypertrophy program), what's best - his or your Hypertrophy program you gave me?

I want to add muscle mass, and I'm not after strenght, just mass!

Thanks again!

Both are good. I personally prefer my own plan because I have honed it to my own specifications after years of use. This gentleman also wants to sell a product and advice (I can't blame him, everyone needs to make a living) but as a result his particular recommendations may or may not be the best you can choose from.

Either way, you can approach things from either avenue and see great results.

Our plans are slightly different in the set/rep scheme, as well as the rest between sets, and so forth. But the actual way to perform the exercises is done virtually the same, controlled movements focusing on the pump.
