when weight lifting it's commonly from fatigue, increased blood flow, increased blood pressure, muscular failure, or even increased BMR.

the hands shaking is a GOOD THING post-workout....this means your workouts are tough and fatiguing you properly!

Nope not from weightlifting just natural I'd say.

yes you're right, but how does doing barbell curls or skull crushers with a straight bar affect ur shoulders though?
and doing reverse flys on a pec dec machine is alright?

AVOID THE REVERSE PEC DECK!!! This is a rotator cuff killer!

anyway, skullcrushers and BB curls should have not much effect. However, the skullcrushers COULD potentially aggravate the problem as well because of the nature of your hand placement, not so much the bar itself. Although you should probably be fine

This is a very unclear and incomplete question.

Losing weight depends on amount of calories in vs calories burned.

Simply replacing a meal or two with whey shakes is not necessarily something you want to do.

Hey there.

You can use casein protein shakes or greek yogurt.

As far as additional calories go, yes you can add in any of those, just keep the calories as clean as possible.

Enjoy!

Use DBs!! There are plenty of Dumbbell exercises for delts! Front/lat/bent raises, reverse cable crossovers, cable extensions, upright rows, bent over wide grip rows, the list goes on and on.
