not exactly...a chiropractor is more or less an alternative doctor who specializes in aligning the body properly and using alternative therapy (like adjustments, massage, pressure points, auricular therapy, traction, etc) to cure problems and alleviate pain.

However, they can also do other things like take x-rays, ultrasounds, etc. As well as provide you with better insight as to your existing conditions and so forth. Read up here:

http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos071.htm

Lastly, avoid pec dec and bench press or any chest exercise with a regular stationary straight bar....stick to dumbbels for now.

alright tyvm for all the info
so could I use stationary straight bars to do other exercises like biceps/triceps? except for chest ofc

hmm, do you think there is any chance of me having long term illnesses in the future if i continue to drink regular milk 'balls to the walls'?

also what about the ppl that say milk can give u cancer or other negative effects i read sometimes, what would u say to that?

You will have NO negative effects if you stick to organic milk.

The regular stuff is loaded with hormones and antibiotics which can eventually cause your body long term damage.

This is a typical question, but what is the fastest way to get abs? Like BUFF abs, not "hey look I'm a skinny asian dude" abs. How often should I do ab work outs (everyday?) and should I cycle around different ab routines so my body doesn't get use to it. And if so; what routines can you share with me? Thank you so much (:

Cheers

If you are lean, and just need ab workouts, go here:

Yea I figured it would be a great meal for mid day, before I started scooting around on my motorcycle "I miss meals, so I figured it would be an amazing sub"

In that case it should be fine. Just make sure you dont go over your calories.

yes, however I honestly recommend avoiding straight bar in general. It's an unnatural grip for your body. If you think about it, how do your hands normally lay at your sides? slightly tilted on an angle. They are not meant to be straight. I would keep everything at a natural angle as much as possible to avoid injury.

yes you're right, but how does doing barbell curls or skull crushers with a straight bar affect ur shoulders though?
and doing reverse flys on a pec dec machine is alright?
