Not unless you are lactose intolerant, or if the milk has hormones/antibiotics. I would advise drinking organic milk if you are going balls to the walls with milk. If it's organic, it has none of that BS in it.

ok...here it is...

IF you are naturally muscular and have a lean body without really trying...you are a mesomorph.

IF you tend to be on the fatter side...easy to gain fat, hard to lose it, and round structure...you are an endomorph

IF you are skinny, have a hard time gaining weight, and aren't naturally very musuclar you are an ectomorph.


How do you tell??? You know your own body...are you contantly the same size? do you have a tendency to be fat? A tendency to be skinny? A tendency to be muscular?

If you gained 20-30 lbs of fat...you are NOT an ectomorph, unless you ate an obscene amount of calories each day. You are most likely a moderate endomorph, which is someone who has a tendency to gain fat easily, but can also lose it fairly easily as well. It's really a cross between two categories which is very possible in your case.

hmm, do you think there is any chance of me having long term illnesses in the future if i continue to drink regular milk 'balls to the walls'?

also what about the ppl that say milk can give u cancer or other negative effects i read sometimes, what would u say to that?

This is a typical question, but what is the fastest way to get abs? Like BUFF abs, not "hey look I'm a skinny asian dude" abs. How often should I do ab work outs (everyday?) and should I cycle around different ab routines so my body doesn't get use to it. And if so; what routines can you share with me? Thank you so much (:

Ketos going great, thanks alot.... its been a week n 2 days and can already start to see little bit of ab definition

Taken yesterday 18yrs old, my chest/traps lack hayooooge :(
