ok...here it is...
IF you are naturally muscular and have a lean body without really trying...you are a mesomorph.
IF you tend to be on the fatter side...easy to gain fat, hard to lose it, and round structure...you are an endomorph
IF you are skinny, have a hard time gaining weight, and aren't naturally very musuclar you are an ectomorph.
How do you tell??? You know your own body...are you contantly the same size? do you have a tendency to be fat? A tendency to be skinny? A tendency to be muscular?
If you gained 20-30 lbs of fat...you are NOT an ectomorph, unless you ate an obscene amount of calories each day. You are most likely a moderate endomorph, which is someone who has a tendency to gain fat easily, but can also lose it fairly easily as well. It's really a cross between two categories which is very possible in your case.
