You very well might have a minor rotator cuff tear. I have this same injury (mine has got quite bad in recent years however - and now I no longer even bench press or pec deck, I only use dumbbells now).

I recommend you see a chiropractor and go from there. HOPEFULLY it is just a hyperextension and will get better on it's own with just pure rest.

chiropractor is that like an orthepedist doctor? so pec dec/benchpress is no good and using barbells as well I assume?

Hey Raynor, is milk consumption en mass like a gallon a day, harmful to the human body in any way?

hmm, so running would actually help? And also, can i continue to do heavy squatting and deadlifting?

it will help IN TIME. At first you will be miserable, but it's a permanent fix.

anyway, yes you can continue squats and DLs

Hey raynor, just curious about this..  I made this recipe today "probably was already a recipe, but I figured I love chicken AND almonds, why not combine em?" and figured i'd ask if it would be acceptable as a keto diet.

3 chicken tenders "precut, ends up at about 8-10 oz"
1/4 cup almonds "crush to almost flour consistancy with a mallet and a rolling pin"
3 egg yolks
1 tbspn heavy cream
Adobo seasoning
Pinch of salt
Olive oil "Enough to lightly coat a medium sauce pan"

Sounds great...although that is VERY calorie dense.

The chicken is around 220 cal, the almonds are around 220 cal, the egg yolks are around 150 cal, the 1tbsp heavy cream is around 50 cal. and the extra olive oil might add another 100 cal.

So you're looking at 740+ calories.

Pretty good macro wise, but heavy on the caloric scale.

Sup Raynor.
Is there a difference between Salmon Oil and Fish Oil?
My dad has pills of both bottles, wondering if there is a difference between the two.

One is from various fish or a specified fish (usually mackerel and/or cod) and the other is from salmon only.

My advice is to take both lol...however, the best supplement for EFAs is NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9

Hey Raynor is there any chance you could explain to me why my hands are naturally a little shaky. I'm not sure why but whenever I try to hold my hand straight it's shaky. If there's any solutions I'd love to try em.

when weight lifting it's commonly from fatigue, increased blood flow, increased blood pressure, muscular failure, or even increased BMR.

the hands shaking is a GOOD THING post-workout....this means your workouts are tough and fatiguing you properly!

Fat mode.
Probably 16-18
I can't really tell though b/c I'm ALWAYS bloated from eatting a shit ton.

nothing wrong with a nice bulk for powerlifting. Probably the heaviest I've been (191) was during powerlifting and I was around 16-18% bf I'm sure.

Good stuff though, a lot of people don't understand the finer points of a bulk for powerlifting - you obviously do.

keep up the good work man

not exactly...a chiropractor is more or less an alternative doctor who specializes in aligning the body properly and using alternative therapy (like adjustments, massage, pressure points, auricular therapy, traction, etc) to cure problems and alleviate pain.

However, they can also do other things like take x-rays, ultrasounds, etc. As well as provide you with better insight as to your existing conditions and so forth. Read up here:

http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos071.htm

Lastly, avoid pec dec and bench press or any chest exercise with a regular stationary straight bar....stick to dumbbels for now.
