Hey Raynor, would you say that GAT Jetfuel pyro "what I take in the morning before workout and the afternoon before I go riding my motorcycle" is a preworkout sup? I know its a fat burner supp as well, but I figured it would also be an acceptable replacement to 1mr or N.O Xplode etc.

hey ray, my original weight was 218 lbs, i went on a raw food diet for about 2 weeks and came down to 200, came off the raw foods and spiked back up to 210, then came down to 200, started working out + exercising + dieting not 100% or consistant but trying to be non the less..anyways from 200 its been 10 weeks and im down to 184 now. anyways my question is i can notice some fat loss, but my belly is still their as well as other spots im just wondering how much i have to drop down to before i can become fit/ toned? cause i dont really want to drop lower then 170 !! any tips or advice as to what i should do?

It is good for pre-workout in the sense that you will have more energy at the gym (it's a stimulant)

Hey there.

The more muscle you have, the better your skin looks with it. By this I mean, if you are 10% bf without a set of strong abs, you might look flabby. However if you have some very strong abs...at 10% you will look at lot more ripped. My advice would be to cut as low as possible, then begin a hard bulk where you are attacking those stubborn muscles and forcing them to grow. Generally speaking, 10-12% bf is the threshhold to start seeing visible abs. 8% is the area for a chiseled 6-pack, and 6% is totally ripped. Any lower than 6% is for competition use only.

is it possible to see abs at 15-18% bf? I think thats where I am right now. When I flex i can see my abs. Or maybe flabs :\

negative, no abs should be visible at that BF%. If you can see them, you are most likely less than 15-18%

do you where I can get a clippers to test my bf %? Idk if my university gym has that.

I can see flabs not abs when I flex my abs. I can also clearly see fat on my lower belly.

bodybuilding.com has them for cheap - if you want them from a store, try vitaminshoppe, sports authority, or GNC.

hi bro i saw ur thread and i need ur help :), i start to eat only lipids so chicken eggs etc, at morning i drink only milk and to other meal i eat only chicken with 1 egg, doing that i make some arms activity and some abdominal activity, what u think about that, does that a nice idea ? should i continue etc ty for this gz topic !
