Don't really have the time to do all research to he honest. Was just seeing if there is something I could do everyday to reduce the amount of far I currently have.

Well you need to MAKE time.

Yes there is something that will reduce your body fat easily....exercise and diet.

If you are trying to take the easy way out, you will be disappointed by the results.

However, it is indeed your choice sir, and I wish you the best either way.

Just exercise as much as possible, and try to eat the healthiest foods possible.

is there any situation where good diet + exercice isn't enought to lower LDL?

Is there some case which you really need to take pills to treat it ?

also, about BMR and shit...well my bmr is about 2002 - 2015.14 , for cutting, if i aim for 2 k each day is that ok ? or do i have to hit higher then 2k because of working out + cardio? and if i DONT increase it and stay at 2k are there negative consequences? also whats the range i should try to stay within like the lowest i should not go under, like 1800? thanks.

Hey raynor.

Im getting ready for my carb up this weekend "14 days no carbs, so I take it that will mean saturday+sunday is carb up", how much weight do I expect to gain from this? Just curious.

Also, how and the hell could someone eat 3 large bagels? Haha.

make sure to only use the EZ bar or DB when curling, avoid straight back all together.

also, you can work through it, they go away with frequent use...sounds strange but that's how you calcify them.

Several situations.

First of all, not getting a proper ratio of Poly and Mono Unsaturated fats to Saturated Fats will cause high cholesterol.

Secondly, certain genetic defects as well as diseases can eventually lead to higher cholesterol levels that can not be managed by diet/exercise alone.

But 99.9% of the time, high cholesterol is easily fixed with proper diet and fat balancing.
