like what should i be doing for core exercises ( squats ,  romanian deadlifts , bench , etc )

and then smaller exercises like arms , shoulders, calves and stuff?

Hey raynor a while ago you told me to get some cytogainer. I didn't get it until just recently but the flavor I got (cookies n creme) is awful. What's a really good one?

I have a powerlifting meet coming up March 26th, I plan on cutting approximately around .2 pounds per day to get down to my goal of being in the 123 weight class. I weigh 127.4 as of now. With only having about an hour of time before the meet begins and weighing in what would be the best foods to eat? I was thinking of salted peanuts to make me thirsty and drink a waternd then sliced apples with peanut butter to make me thirsty and drink a water.

After weighing in, you want to slam some simple carbs, sodium, and protein.

Best bet is a snickers bar or two + protein shake + salted peanuts. This is an easy way to cheat some extra power pre-contest

Hey man I'm wondering what routine would be most beneficial since I'm doing judo and it's quite a bit of cardio. I was thinking of incorporating some olympic lifts but I have no idea how I'd go about doing it.
Thanks in advance ^^

e: oh and I'm doing judo only twice a week for about 1 1/2 hr a day.

To elaborate, I wanna have better endurance/strength/aesthetics/etc.

Only use the cutting routine if you are CUTTING. If maintaining or bulking, use the hypertrophy

hey raynor

i remember awhile back u said u hardboil eggs, peel them, and marinate them in a special sauce.

Could u give me the ingredients of the sauce and also exact amounts of the spices u put in it?

Hey there.

Try this:

Take a mixing bowl, add Olive Oil, Brown Mustard, and Balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly until you have a thick creamy dressing. Add 1tsp granulated or powdered garlic, black pepper (to taste), crushed red pepper flakes (to taste), and a pinch of oregano.

Put the sauce in a ziplock bag along with the eggs and shift them around until the sauce is well dispersed. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. Amazing stuff.

I personally like the chocolate malt flavor. If you can't deal with the cookies and cream I would return it. Most places will take a supplement return for customer satisfaction especially if you are exchanging it.

Ok, for all those trolls/haters my post is SERIOUS and if u spam/flame me for what i post i will be reporting you as i am asking for help to help myself!

Hello,

i dont know how to start or what to say, but my "goal" is to flatten my belly, lose weight and get a boost in motivation as i suffer from moderate depression

right now, i am a PIG

Breakfast: only if i have hunger pains(?) or have time before work in morning
Lunch: usually junk food/fast food
Supper: Whatever parents cook

daily, i usually have a ice cappicuno from tim hortons, but im slowing down and starting to drink gatorade as a change,

im going to start buying shakes from walmart or a nutrion(spelling?) store.

im 5'6 about 230pds and 20yrs old

im sick of looking at myself in the shower and thinking im "fat / unfit"
i want to start, but cant afford to get a trainer or a contract at a local gym.

any suggestions would GREATLY help,
i would really appreciate if you could help me, but you are busy helping everyone else.

Thanks again
