Yes, that is correct.

However, when you first begin keto you will go 2 weeks without a carb day. AFTER that 2 week intro period, you will do a carb up once a week.

if ur a hardgainer you will know it!

do you eat a rediculous amount of food and not gain any weight? Are you very thin? Does it take a ton of extra effort to see any results (muscularly) at the gym?

if so, you are a hardgainer

Hey raynor, have any instructions on properly using bf calipers? I'm doing exactly as the instructions say that came with the calipers and it keeps telling me i'm 6.5% but I look no where near that lean. Minimal vascularity/etc

for cutting what should the weight / rep scheme be like, high weight low rep / light weight high rep / or medium range medium rep?

like what should i be doing for core exercises ( squats , romanian deadlifts , bench , etc )

and then smaller exercises like arms , shoulders, calves and stuff?

I have a powerlifting meet coming up March 26th, I plan on cutting approximately around .2 pounds per day to get down to my goal of being in the 123 weight class. I weigh 127.4 as of now. With only having about an hour of time before the meet begins and weighing in what would be the best foods to eat? I was thinking of salted peanuts to make me thirsty and drink a waternd then sliced apples with peanut butter to make me thirsty and drink a water.

Hey man I'm wondering what routine would be most beneficial since I'm doing judo and it's quite a bit of cardio. I was thinking of incorporating some olympic lifts but I have no idea how I'd go about doing it.

e: oh and I'm doing judo only twice a week for about 1 1/2 hr a day.

To elaborate, I wanna have better endurance/strength/aesthetics/etc.

i remember awhile back u said u hardboil eggs, peel them, and marinate them in a special sauce.

Could u give me the ingredients of the sauce and also exact amounts of the spices u put in it?

post up a pic of yourself and I'll let you know if it's about right or not.

With the calipers, you have to not push down THAT hard either...just hard enough to hear the click.
