Hi Raynor,

Couple questions for you:

Is it better to go to the gym twice a day as opposed to once? For example, run in the morning (3-4 miles) then do weights in the evening? What times would you suggest (e.g. pre-breakfast / after lunch)? How should I mix in cardio with my weight training? The goal is to get as low a bf % as possible while bulking up.

What do you suggest to drink with meals? Is diet soda bad because of the acid? Water best? Any juices? In general should I be touching sugar-y drinks?

Hey raynor, I went to the chiropractor today. She told me that the muscle going up the side of my hip was twisted and my hip socket itself is twisted. It felt instantly better when she started that little gun thing or whatever lol

Just thought I would keep you informed!

Hey Raynor, I got some keto sticks today and tested my urine, and ofcourse like I was expecting I am in ketosis.. But im in "deep" ketosis, like the stick turned purple as soon as it hit my urine.. Could this be anything of concern? Or is it just a good sign that im doing shit right?

was your bench press of 405 at the cutting weight of 169? also was it like a competition lift the pause at the bottom? or just a touch an go?

How long should a workout be? is it bad for a workout to go, say 2-3 hours?

how long should i rest between sets / exercises? and does it really matter?

Are Crystal Lights good/safe to use? They really encourage me to drink lots of water.
