I'd venture to day doing some glute-hams with the band would help you immensely. And definitely do a lot of high rep pulling for your grip; I never had problems with my grip because I never used straps but I have definitely noticed that people who started with straps from the start always end up with the grip issues but they correct themselves FAST when someone introduces them to chalk and they start disregarding the straps.

1000% correct. They preached to us to use straps during football because kids were throwing the bars when they weren't using straps on cleans etc

So, after 3 almost 4 years of straps, I found chalk. It's a beautiful thing. I'm sure my grip will catch up by next spring (When I hope to do a comp while I'm still a junior)

Holy shit you can break that of the floor easy. Nice pulls man. I'm the complete opposite lol.

Like zack said, some rack pulls would help. A lot of the lockout (from what I've been told) is also your upper back strength. Maybe throw kroc rows or other heavy upper back work in your routine somewhere?

Nevertheless, solid shit man. You could probably get up 550 easy with some lockout work!

This was easily predictable from the post you made claiming that you would revive the thread, and even though you warned us, you never cease to surprise and amaze :O

Cause Eugene is right and everyone else is an asshole.

That's why your deads, squat, bench, ohp are all getting better by the week and the others are just weak.
