i get great progress with my lifts, thats not a problem

my biggest hinderance that i dont have the time to have a 100% perfect bulking diet which is necessary for someone with my bodytype looking to gain lots of weight. I mean i do eat well and have my shit in order but a perfect bulking diet means preparing 6 square meals a day which is tough when all u got is a dining hall and no kitchen

i mean i was 140 18 months ago

if it were me i wouldnt be anal about what i eat, rather how much i eat. oatmeal cosists of a lot of my carb intake in a day, blend dat shit up and add whey, makes a great snack meal, pre or post workout, etc.

heres a pic of me just taken, my camera is terrible this is on of the only semi clear photo i have..

just weighed in at 218lbs

In all seriousness, I respect The work you put in. You've made some good progress and you have a pretty aesthetic body, but the swoler than thou, conceited, dickface attitude is annoying as fuck.
