I get mild reflux and indigestion if I eat too much too soon before bed now.

Did it for about a month this time. It's just another tool to help you cut fat. A lot of people think it's a lifestyle and long term solution, but it depends on the person.

It honestly triggers my binge eating habits or disorders, so I don't do it for very long or else my entire diet goes out the window.

Long story short, it works, until it doesn't anymore.

Just 1 tool of many in the kit.

It's the opposite for me, prevents me from binge eating.

Generally I have my first meal around 4:30 and have my last around 9:30 or 10, but having the 8 hour gives me leniency on weekends when im out with friends and might not eat until 11 or later.

Today I had my first meal at 6:30 and my last at 10 and its no problem. I dont even get hungry anymore really. at least not the feeling of hunger

may be personal preference because i disagree. I feel lethargic and weaker, and generally get a shitter pump when i havent carbed up before a workout.

Im aware we have plenty enough glycogen to perform the workout. I just believe it is less efficient.

I think its honestly physiological. However, there are days where my lifts feel shitty. but I've put up the most in my lifts from lifting fasted.

hows it working out for you.. i was thinking about doing it after my cycle.

working great. I love it. I sometimes think a bout food. but i always get to feast which is awesome. I have to force some food down to get to 2500 calories. which is awesome.

e/ and my window is from (anywhere 4:40ish-6ish) to (10-11ish)
