so i got it in the mail today, didnt come with a scoop

directions say to take 1 teaspoon before breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed so a total of 4 teaspoons. Is that how i should do it or can i just take all 4 before or after gym?

My scoop is always inside the jar, maybe in yours too :)

My advice:

Take 5 gram each day. When you take it, doesn't matter, just do it at the same time each day. I know a guy who doesn't take it after lunch, because he feels it keeps him up at night.

You dont need that much, take 1 scoop and fill mixer halfway with water before and after if needed

I inject 3.4 needles of creating each day before my morning poop, by the time it hits me I'm wiping my butt with so much strength i rip the whole thing off but who gives a shit, I'm fucking ANIMO. I go and sit down on my bench in the living room, blood and shit dripping everywhere I walk and sit. Grabbing the bar I hoist all 45 pounds of cold hard steel into the air and furiously pump out reps. Around 4,000-5,000 (depending on my pace, I try to only spend 20 mins max on one muscle group) I stop and go eat my breakfast of 18 eggs, 30 bacon, 1 horse,1 and 1 slice of toast. After breakfast I run (gotta get some cardio) around the corner and down the hall to get back on my weights and now it's time for bicep hammer curls, I use the 5 pound shake weights and shake them like I'm jerking celebrities off while I do the curls. I usually aim for 10,000 of these since people see my biceps more than my chest I think the size is more important here.

Pm me if you want tips for the rest of your body (except legs, these are overrated and you shouldn't worry about any of those silly lower body exercises LOL you use them ALL DAY to stand and wall and even sit!!!!) and any more of my meal plans or special recipes. Gl with your gainz

i dug my fingers pretty deep into the container and felt nothing : / maybe i was missing it idk

that shit is what i have used, but i rarely do creatine


mixes PERFECTLY with COLD TEA. other shit does not mix well

dont know why but is fine with cold tea


or just be a man and put spoon in mouth and chug water. done that far too many times lol
