Maybe wake up early and make the dog walk your first thing you do so that way it's out of the way and start the day with a good habit. Once your dog is used to morning walks, that fucker will be waking you up every morning to go walk!

Try swimming.

There's a program called zero to 1650 that's really great for building up endurance.

But if you want to minimize excess skin, I think weight training is your best solution for weight loss.

Just read whole thread. I literally know how you feel dude. I was in shape forever and then I slacked off and went to 200s. I just walked 5 miles a day after work and stopped eating shit. 3 months later I was 180s. Now I'm 165 and go to gym 5 days a week trying to put muscle on and cutting soon. Everyone who doubted me are like damn he did it. Just fuck the negative people prove email wrong and do it.

Sticking to it so far, standard 5x5 routine from before, started light again. 45 LBS to start, at around 60 now. That first fucking day I'll tell you, god damn I hurt after.
