Did a mock meet today because I can. =)

Went 7/7

Squat: 395/425/440 (10 lbs PR)
Bench: 275/290/No third Bench
Deadlift: 455/495/No third Deadlift
Total: 1225

I have the squat and dead in video if anyone is interested.

Most likely light -93 kg so i'd guess 88 but who knows. ;)

Pulled a quad this weekend when doing cheerleading with my girlfriend. Tried to squat yesterday and I stopped when warming up.

March 2, 2015
Volume day 1
2ct Paused Bench RPE9 load drop 6-9%
247.5 lb x 5
227.5 lb x 5x2

Incline Bench RPE8 repeat 4-6%
170 lb x 8x2

Bad workout. Felt no motivation/energy after the failed squats.

Much better training but I skipped front squat for obvious reasons.
