it's more-so the fact that Palestine and related extremists from that area simply do not accept Israel as a people or a country and won't rest until they're eradicated. This is why I really don't blame Israel for actually fighting back and obliterating the opposition. After thousands of years of senseless quarrel, something has to give. Plus the fact Islam is easily the most radical, violent, troglodytic, and brain-washed religion. If it was eradicated, that'd be a HUGE step for the evolution of man toward peace, unity, and scientific understanding.
