whats your guys thoughts on eating 2whole eggs + 2egg whites every day for breakfast in an omelette?
so much biased opinions about cholesterol and etc, seems like acutely it increases, but levels out eventually as body and liver decreases its own production of cholesterol
probably no definitive answer, but wouldn't mind some opinions

i eat 4 whole eggs with chicken or beef every morning.. so i think you'll be g2g.

I recommend not eating meats. God has given us organic beautiful fruits and veggies and nuts. That is all you should consume.

I'm just trying to get back into the gym myself. Now I have a broken finger after recovering from a broken wrist and hand. GRRRR!!

had some pretty strong cravings for some fatty foods :drool:
but got home, had my chicken and vegies and all cravings gone.
must be due to hunger i think.

I was going to have a cheat meal tomorrow, but i'm thinking keep the entire week healthy, see how i go on scales monday and then if weight loss or physique looks better i might add that cheat meal on friday nights
