Or 25% Body Weight, weighted pullups.

yo where in eu do you live again? i wanna get the rundown on schools known for kinesiology research if you know anything about it. or just good science schools that offer english graduate programs. fking nordic countries seem to be fantasy lands and i wanna live there for a bit
