seems like you start your pull with your butt pretty high, and it looks like you don't lock out any of your reps, like your knees are pretty bent and hips back, is that preference? could probably get more hip drive into it

Yea after watching it again the 375x1 was not full lockout, the other ones seemed fine to me? I'll try to focus on that. Next deadlift day I'll mess around with hip height also.

Forgot to log some days.

Been really hectic with only 6-7 hours of sleep and 11 hours of class on radiobiology and ionizing radiation bleh.

Squat hit 265x3
Ohp hit 145 x3

Deadlift tomorrow

I think your last DL lift looks better although I'm not sure the lockout was as good as one of the earlier vids I watched. Guy in the purple shirt: get thy curls from out thy gym.

Good luck on your goals. Watched your latest squat vid: good form.
Bench = could give some tips but basically you're fine there.

Nice to see you doing manly mains. More of that choice needed in this world.

This gym is bad, full of half reppers, bicep bros and crossfit crazies.
