Last heavy workout before junior nationals this saturday.
Bit slow due to having last meal at around 12 and then be in lecture until 16, countered lazines with 200g glucosebased candy.
Squat
60 - 1x10
90 - 1x3
110 - 1x2
130 - 2x1
140 - 2x1
150 - 1x1
160 - 1x1, felt stupid easy.
140 - 1x1
Deadlift
60 - 1x10
100 - 1x5
140 - 1x1
160 - 1x1
180 - 1x1
200 - 1x1
210 - 1x1, same as on squat, felt to easy, had to check the weights after lift to confirm it was actually 210 on.
Alot of stretch for upper back and shoulders.
Will do a light workout (like 40-60%) on thursdag or friday now.
Forgot to film top sets aswell...
