i would suggest to anyone that eating a diet of mostly fruits and especially vegetables is optimal for getting lean, increasing energy, and creating a healthy environment for your cells to thrive. in regards to gain muscle that is where clean meats, and grains help. mixing the grains and meat will help complete the amino acid chains. another thing you could do if you are interested in going for maximal health and avoiding acidifying foods like meat is you can become a scientist and combine different foods to form complete amino acid chains.


Why are they essential please? If you take in your vitamins through other food or supps why'd you still need them?

Yeah, there is. The USA government wanted people to eat veggies and spinach was in the 60 and 70 the easiest to produce.

underlined is what i was getting at from the start lol. need to do some research , i thought of this because the gracie diet also i think incorperates this, it makes you eat certain fruits and veggies together and arent allowed to have certain foods with these combinations.

these plants are here on this planet for a reason. you go ahead and try some of the of the things i've suggested. eating lots of raw plants will make you feel amazing and on top of the world. i'm high after a drink one of my green juices. suppelements don't work the same, and its impossible to get the living essence of plants from foods that are not plants.

its not the beta carotene in the carrot it is the carrot itself that is so special.

the daily values established by the FDA is bullshit the amount of vegetables people should be consuming would blow most of your minds.

we should be drinking vegetable juices all day long, i do there is a big difference.
