Signed up for my level 1 qualifications in July. Excited for that. Then hopefully this winter get my endurance, olympic lifting and rowing courses. Woot.

Stretch and warmup.

Find 3 rep max of push press, then do a 3rep on the minute every minute for 10 minutes.
I just used 135lb cause i was fucking soooore from yesterday. Hindsight i could have used more cause this stretched me out really good.

Shorly after...

10minute AMRAP 2 POOD ( 70.5lbs i think..) kettlebell swings, 10 abmat sit ups.
Do as many kb swings as you can, 10 situps. Rinse repeat for 10min. That kettlebell weight doesn't fuck around either. My max rep was 18 and lowest 12.
Only got 79 in total. Was bagged after this one. EAT, NAP AND BACK AT IT AT 3PM

Warmup, 1000m row.
NICOLE!! First time doing it. Not too rough as a workout but a very nice comedown / stretch workout.
20min AMRAP, run 400m, Pull-ups till failure.
Still pretty stiff from yesterday and this morning. Trainer and myself just light jogged it and did 20 pullups between rounds. felt good.
5 rounds in total. 2000m. 100pulls. Meh.

Warmup and stretch.
Did 10-15min of snatches and squat snatch. Weight varied 95 to 155. Shoulder flexability suuuuucks. Working on it.
WOD
3 Rounds
10 Front squats @ 175lbs
20 chest to bar pull-ups
30 24' box jumps.
Finished in 12:25? Got home from work at 4:30am. Up at 7:30am to workout at 9. Couple hour nap and back at it right away at 3 for a fucking gnarly cardio workout. Fuck. Off.

29:29. Felt like a rib was broken afterwards. Beats walking on a treadmill any fucking day.

50 Handstand pushups
40 toe to bars
30 Shoulder to over head ( Strict press, push press, Jerk etc ) @ 115lbs.
90ft Walking lunge with the same weight as Shoulder to overhead.
Used a significantly lighter weight on the press cause well... 155lb walking lunge is fucking death considering how much legs i did yesterday.
20:15 Meh time.. Was pretty slow on the HSPU's and toe to bars.. meh.

Rowing at 3 i think to stretch everything out then HOPEFULLY work tonight so i can miss tomorrow haha..
