Squat will be the most difficult...russian power routine help me. I'll have a single with 180kg 3 weeks from comp.
I can see the bench being done if I manage my cut and don't lose much str.
Deadlift is very possible. I'll have a single with 210kg 3 weeks from comp before my taper.
