Will you cut weight close into the comp or just lose little by little during the time?

Started already. Cutting carbs a little to lose little bit less than 1 pound a week.

Are your goal still 500kg total or have you increased that since every max you do is so damn easy atm? :)

looking for 405/280/475 at 163 so 184/127/216 (527kg total at 74kg bw)

You can't do either of those numbers if it's IPF comp :P
Will have to do 185/127.5/215-217.5

I assume you just did easy conversion though :)

Will be really fun to watch if you make that squat!

Yup. ^^

Squat will be the most difficult...russian power routine help me. I'll have a single with 180kg 3 weeks from comp.

I can see the bench being done if I manage my cut and don't lose much str.

Deadlift is very possible. I'll have a single with 210kg 3 weeks from comp before my taper.
