aside from this whole squat debate that is going on here, your goal is to lose about 10% of your body weight, but be about 25% stronger than you are at your current weight. that does not really add up. losing weight and getting stronger is for people who dedicate their life to working out. if you want to get strong you have to lift and eat. if you want to lose weight you have to eat less and do cardio. if you want to mix the two, you will slowly just stay right where you are and never see any positive results in either direction.
