well you can presume, but you cant be sure. Only way to be sure is an x-ray (and/or mri?)

Yep x-ray's for sure.

But fusion normally occurs from 18+ depending on the individual's genetics.

another way to be sure is to prescribe gh and see if yields gigantism or acromegaly :)

Also, I would argue that a manlet is someone so short and muscly that they look like they are wider than they are tall. Honestly, Alpha probably looks like a manlet. To me it's when that waddle/big lats swagger walk sets in which can happen at any size if you get big enough.

just more specific, because who knows... with simply GH, you could be getting some rBGH^^
