yeah man i run 5-7 miles mon-fri and do 10-20 minutes on the ellipitical (1 hour total for both). on the weekends i try and do a 15-20 mile run. plus i walk to work which is another 4 miles mon-fri.

i haven't started yet. what i'm thinking is to throw them in with my arm day, just a set or two to gauge how sore i get. when i'm doing at least 8 sets of legs w/out getting too sore i'll add a day specifically for legs. and yeah man i'm thinking about running less, it's getting expensive too keep up with the food intake.
