:rofl: People can say it all they want. I know what I am doing wrong. I try to fix it, but I don't think at this point in time that it is the most detrimental thing. If you see my other working sets, I am sure the form is much better. Less of that hunchback shit.

Very disappointed in this tbh.  Still having issues in my lower abs from squat last week evidently :(.  Wanted to get this for 5 but I shall still present my failures.  Gz m9

Both are weak since Im back from injury and maxing both the same days sounds insane. I think I'll max dead cause it puts less stress on my knee. I'd do Clean and jerk before though.

goals would be something like 375 and 225 with good form.

I might get more... who knows :)
