you do nothing but waste time by giving your advice to ungrateful individuals. Leave and find a more rewarding outlet for your spare time.

I voted no.

I just dislike how he called me stupid. There was no need for it. Also, people using his word as proof for an argument. Nah, doesn't cut it for me.

What are you even doing in his thread in the first place? You know it'll just cause trouble, and I'm sure you realize that yourself. Stop trying to justify yourself and your actions, you are fucking pathetic.

To be honest, you should just deal with the "spam" as you call it in your thread. People should be able to voice their opinion if they dont agree, especially if it is to someone seeking advice. they would benefit from more than one opinion

No they shouldn't. Just to draw an example from real life. When I work with one of my students as a tennis coach - imagine if some random guy who walked past us while we were training, suddenly just stopped and came into the court and saying that everything I said was wrong just because he read some shit on the internet or because he learned a different technique when he was young. I don't give a shit if he disagrees, and he can feel free to discuss that with me afterwards (in jsp that would be PM) but it'd be disrespectful to do it during the training session (the thread) and that's what has happened in this case for Raynor.

Even though no one plays tennis here, I know you do Dan so you should be able understand what I'm talking about. And tbh this goes for anything, you could replace the word 'tennis' with pretty much anything; 'karate', 'football', 'gym'. It's a matter of principle.

Don't leave, continue to help people who are in search of your help
But if someone has a different opinion than you they do have the right to say that and with doing so they are not breaking the d2jsp rules.
They might break the rules of the ideal idea for your topic to work in your opinion, but they do have the right to post what they want as long as they're not breaking the forum rules that we all go under.

This started with me asking a simple question to you, I'm happy for your answer.

If someone posts something you don't like and you don't want to discuss with them, don't answer.

There is obviously many ways to achieve what you want with your body and different ideas about what is best, thank god for that or we wouldn't go forward in our society at all.
You are a great asset to who and at least I'm not questioning that it works for the people who follow it, but we all have different works, social life etc and there is different plans to follow that might fit others better.

I was not posting in your topic in order to bring up a discussion, I wanted your opinion and I did not read all the 400+ pages.

I also believe your way is a lot better for whoever wants max strength and muscle-building but that might not be the goal for everyone, I myself would find it very hard eating as a professional builder (5k+ calories) a day following IF, but that's not my goal to become one ;)

This is why im gonna become an fbi agent and fuck all of these idiotic people irl.
The world needs a global cleaning. Laws is what unbalances the nature, by not allowing people to kill each other freely.
Otherwise, nature as human beings would live happily balancing the race by themselves as it used to be in cowboys time and still it is somewhat in texas.

I don't think this is about the people in his thread breaking the d2jsp rules or not. It's about them disrespecting Raynor and HIS "rules". He may not be above the rules but he's helped so many people here on jsp and some people just shit on him for that. Call them jealous, call them trolls - either way I can understand why Raynor doesn't want to stay.

I can also see what he is reacting too, but for me this is just how society works even offline, people trying to discuss with me in order just to discuss and never gives up I just don't reply too.
You really have to learn how to ignore stuff and ignore some people in life, didn't we all learn this is in pre-school?

I voted yes mainly because as of the last 6 months all you do is copy paste the same generic advice to everyone.

If you're just going to do a half ass copy & paste job just stick those points in a sticky and call it a day.

Also you're extremely close minded when it comes to things that have been scientifically backed simply because you think your certifications separate you from the rest of the pack.

There are a handful of people with a vast amount of knowledge who help people on a much more consistent basis without the copy & paste job.
