Either the lighting sucks or you're mad flat. But you don't look as good as some previous pictures.

Also where's the vascularity?

mad flat - carb up is tomrw
lighting sucks, I have like 3 overhead kitchen lights on
vascularity - I was cold and a combination of no carbs

sorry to disapoint burns, but im pretty pleased with these pics
my goal is to be the leanest on stage.

sticking with keto for my next 4 weeks then wen im 2 weeks out im going to start introducing 3 days (probly alternating day 1day on/off) of moderate/high carbs. (this is usually done the last week, but i decided to start a week earlier to figure out how my body responds, n how well ill fill out)

I still hate keto with all my heart. Makes you look so flat :'(
