Actually everyone uses fat as a main fuel source.
The only reason you burn carbs over fats is because your body trys to burn all the carbs first to then get back into a stage where it can burn fats.

The average keto users can eat up to 100g of carbs a day and still stay in keto.

Because you burn it first over fats...
ANd the only reason your on a carb filled diet in the first place is because agriculture is a huge part of your everyday life.
Go back 10,000 years and you would not be able to get crops all year round. Sorry
