if anyone remember wat i was at. im now at 6'4 230lbs of fat..

You can start whenever. The contest starts officially Jan 1st, but feel free to get a headstart. In fact, it's highly encouraged you take the time before the contest starts to gradually shift into a new diet (if you need one), a new workout routine, etc. That way you minimize the time you spend during the actual 24-weeks you set aside to work yourself into a new lifestyle, assuming you can't go cold turkey from one style to another... meaning you can spend more of that 24-weeks "running than walking," so to speak.
