lol yeah, i don't "warm up"...i get right into it...and I do a 30-60 minute session, then 2-5 minutes cool down, or I'll cool down until I hit a certain distance marker.

Today was 2 minute cool down to hit the 14.5 mile mark.

That makes sense.
And I get that you wouldn't do a warmup, especially if you just worked out or whatever.
This past week I was doing 32 minutes of interval on the treadmill with 5 minute warmup/cooldown 42 minutes.
This upcoming week I'll be doing it on a spin bike + 40 minutes of HIIT, 50 minute with warmup/cooldown, well that's the plan :D
Then Sunday, my soccer season starts :O

things i have relative to late night:
milk
unsalted peanuts

things i dont have:
cottage cheese
casein protein

i was about to say, drink some whey when i remembered you don't have any whey.

it's never a bad time to eat some grilled chicken.
