funny thing is i dont eat soy sauce

and i usually eat

shrimp
grouper
conch
mussels
salmon

all good right?
i guess the white rice is eh =/

imo, a sushi roll is gz immediately post workout.

otherwise, it's a waste and not really filling.

actually my current pic is like from june. ive gotten a bit thicker, ive noticed it at least. like my lats have grown, back has gotten all nice (makes me jizz everytime i see it xD) chest has gotten better (especially upper chest) and as have my shoulders.

I just meant in general carbs aren't gonna kill you, aren't you on a constant bulk?

yea im bulking for probably at least a year. i mean i do have some fat only on my waist though. id like to get rid of it so my obliques are most noticable because i see ppl on a bulk even with that crazy v shit but no abs. but idc right now just bulking & learning.
