To be honest I never include pullovers anywhere. Form varies too much from a person to another, and then some say it works their lower pecs, their lats, their triceps.

If you insist on doing them, do them on monday or tuesday.

hey what do you think about switching sunday and monday for your five day split.
I hate going to the gym on monday because atm it is packed with about 70 people, and about a 15 minute wait to use any of the chest exercises. I know that is kinda close with triceps but that is the only problem i see.

That's basically starting your week on monday. No problem if you do it like this:

Sun; Pecs/Light triceps
Mon; Back/Light biceps
Tue; Rest
Wed; Shoulders/Traps
Thu; Heavy Biceps/Triceps
Fri; Legs
Sat; Rest

or just do Legs on Monday for success the Boxa way.

I'm changing to this split this week:

Mon; Pecs/Biceps
tue; Rest
Wed; Rest
Thu; Legs/Shoulders/Triceps
Fri; Rest
Sat; Back/Traps
Sun; Rest

I decided to do this one from now on so I can do more cardio since I need to lose a few more lbs, my Q is that; do you guys think I should just do 1-1 1/2hr cardio on the 'rest' days or add some light weight work also? kinda like boxa's abs exercises on his rest days (from what I remember seeing on his thread last week I think).

I definitely wouldn't be lifting during rest days, but i also don't like 3 day splits at all.
And I hit my abs through synergies but then also rape them twice a week to really get a powerful ab workout in twice a week.

oic, i usually don't do any ab exercises :/ I used to do abs at the end of my leg workout but i didn't like doing it

i don't like to do abs at the end of workouts cause my workouts are really heavy and really high volume.

i do like a solid 45 mins - 1 hour of really intense ab training twice a week though.

what kind of exercises do you do? like the only ab exercises I know are sit ups, leg raises...

All the crunches and situps variations + all variations of leg raises...That's pretty much all there is to it, the real work is from squats and deadlifts and standing military press.
