Should I use the same diet plan you set up for the other guy?

that would be fine...that's a good CKD.

Hi again, Raynor!

How important is cardio when  weightlifting?

I'm skinny, so I don't need too lose fat or anything, I just workout to bulk / add clean muscle mass.

Is it important than?

I havent done any cardio since I started lifting, lol (1 year 1 month now)

I guess I got really bad condition, can't run so long I guess ^^

You're a really nice helper, the one that always helped me with questions about weightlifting.

I can always just post here and ask if I got something to ask, it's really awesome job you doing dude!

Thousands of thanks for your good job, keep it up!

- Johnny.

you don't have to do any cardio at all...especially if you're a natural hardgainer such as yourself.

You are also very welcome. Keep up the good work!

Thanks!

Well, sent some forum gold for good work, not much though.

When I'm at it, my friend are just retarded, he says ''You are skinny, to gain muscles, you need fat first, the fat will become muscles then''

This isn't right, huh ? ^^

Hey raynor

I have a question, I workout at home and i have a bench and a barbell

and the barbell doesnt have those metal knots in them to show where the weight goes, so i got these clips that sort of block the weights from moving around

(my question is, how far should the plates be spaced out? because it seems like theyre too close to eachother, and i dont think im working my chest the right way)

to be more specific, it doesnt have those nobs , i have to randomly try to even it out

Also, on the keto diet you said in meal 6 eat cottage cheese, I absolutely hate cottage cheese, can I just eat the almonds? Or will I need a substitute for the cottage cheese?

Hey SKC, I got a question for my friend.. Apparently, he said I inspired him to start loosing weight... He's a BIG guy, 6'4 400+ lbs, and needs a decent diet to get started... He's borderline diabetic as well..

any tips for him?
