<3 u all, even spoonie although he's a raging arm warrior

e:

i guess ppl need to remember that pic and how losing weight is such a ridiculously easy aspect, i regained the weight because i just didn't care, and now that i returned to cutting (and prolly will remain once i'm back to being lean) it shouldn't take more than a couple of months, unlike others who think it's a progress of years:

btw butters, here are my lifts:
squat- 420lb rm1
dl- 440lb rm1
bench- 260lb rm1

not e-statting at all, you can see my bench is weak as fuck, still i give it heavyload/lightload twice a week like any muscle group.

p.p.s lost the weight using leangains diet.

I honestly doubt that's the real time line of those pictures... from the picture on the top right to the bottom right in 1 month and a week? Or light is really helping you. Good progress though, no matter what time it took :)

i don't see a big lighting difference. some might say the shave made the difference look bigger. either case i dropped more than 15% bf in less than 4 months doing zero cardio and only leangaining.

www.leangains.com

in a few words:
intermittent fasting (16h fast / 8 hour feed), fasted workouts, 3 concentrated post-workout meals which later (due to even lower caloric intake) transformed into 2 meals. intake 10g bcaa insta-workout and eat the majority of the carb in that day in your biggest meal of the day (meal should be 60% of all daily caloric intake) which needs to be the first post-workout meal.

you can even eat 1 meal or 2 meals pre workout, but then the bcaa loses its effect from not being under the effect of the fasting. but it's still ok as long as the biggest meal = post workout.

ps i kept gaining lift numbers all the time.

ok thx. i wish i would have a myostatine lack like my brother. would make things so much easier.

will look into this and see if that works with my diabetes.

depends on the type of diabetes, it improves your insulin response.
