i guess ppl need to remember that pic and how losing weight is such a ridiculously easy aspect, i regained the weight because i just didn't care, and now that i returned to cutting (and prolly will remain once i'm back to being lean) it shouldn't take more than a couple of months, unlike others who think it's a progress of years:

btw butters, here are my lifts:
squat- 420lb rm1
dl- 440lb rm1
bench- 260lb rm1
not e-statting at all, you can see my bench is weak as fuck, still i give it heavyload/lightload twice a week like any muscle group.
p.p.s lost the weight using leangains diet.
I honestly doubt that's the real time line of those pictures... from the picture on the top right to the bottom right in 1 month and a week? Or light is really helping you. Good progress though, no matter what time it took
