There are braces you can wear to allieviate shin splints, there are also exercises - but bottom line is they go away on their own after shin bone calcification, just fight through it unless the pain becomes severe - in that case stop immediately

Hey man i need a workout routine for my girl. She can train 4 days a week and about 1 hour each time. She wants to tone the muscles and burn lil bit of fat. She is 166 cm and weights 60 kg's. So if you need some more details ask me.

access to a gym? bodyweight only? some equipment? I need specifics.

also what are some running shoes that you reccomend?

my best advise is to go to a runners store...like "fit to run" or any store that specializes in running. They will have you walk on a treadmill and give you custom sized shoes to fit your running needs. That is the BEST way to go.

Basically I lost a shitload of weight, got muscle...and it's all covered by nasty flabby skin now...want the skin gone

You're going to need to gain a lot of muscle to support the loose skin - pics would be helpful. However, for a basic starting point please follow this plan:

Hypertrophy Plan

If you follow the plan properly and eat right during the plan (let me know if you need diet help see below) you can expect to see approximately 5-10 lbs of pure lean muscle gain per year, which is actually quite a bit (size wise).

I am currently 5'11" weighing about 140 lbs. Obviously, I'm fairly skinny but I have enough muscle for some definition in the abs and shoulders. I run on occasion to keep my body fat down, but usually not more than a few miles a week. I do a decent number of crunches, calf raises, and some pushups. I'm a musician, and I find that any intense exercise of my arms makes me lose my fine coordination for a couple days which makes it difficult to play. Basically, I would like to be fit, maybe somewhat toned, without being bulky. I find myself falling behind in soccer games with friends and I get out of breath fairly quickly. The vast majority of my body fat is located in my lower body, but there is a smaller layer over my abs and arms that I would like to cut down as well.

So, do I basically just want to start running more often? Is there any specific way I should go about it, because right now I just go for a light jog of a mile or two a couple times a week. I eat a lot of carbs so I probably want to cut back on those as well. Is there anything else that I should watch in my diet? I'm a vegetarian (that includes fish) and really do not enjoy plain eggs, so getting enough protein is tricky. Also, could you recommend exercises I could do in or around the house (I want to avoid having to purchase a gym membership). Looking back on it, it's a miracle that I'm not fat and that I have any muscle at all.

I know I'm not giving you much to work with. Feel free to ask for any more info. Thanks!

Hey there. I can easily help you with this:

Hey raynor,

what do you think about the 20 rep squat and milk routine? is it for beginners? I heard that it gains u massive strength and size in short period of time.

Not familiar with this routine....sounds like a gimmick...please explain it and I will give you my 2 cents.
