I will be a pler in the spring. My grip is catching up. I did 465x5 after this without straps and then 405x8 without straps too. Used to be horrible. Used to struggle to pull 365 without straps

But, I follow what I am told to do to the T, and I was told that rack deads won't do much with the setup of my current routine. It's getting slowly better, but you are right for sure.
