haha my calves are resistant to growth..and no matter what anyone says, i believe its genetics...they are coming along very slowly though...but i will never have monster calves

its pure jealousy of course haha

ROM when lifting effects how they look a lot as well. But yeah genetics do play a factor, I have the really long calves, even though I do an almost exaggerated ROM when doing calf raises.

I have good calf insertions. :P
Calves are a stubborn muscle to grow, you basically have to beat the **** outta them. Just like lower back and forearms, if you don't have them, molest them. (kinda) :P

i have really bad calf insertions...from the crook of my knee to the calf insertion is like 4 inches haha

what can you do for lower back for mass..i can't do heavy deadlifts as i've mentioned before
