And I'm done the exercise? Is this considered one set or the whole 5 sets done in a short period?



it's all 5 sets done in a short period of time. You are not doing ALL exercises as drop sets. Only HALF of your daily exercises should be drop sets. The rest should be a standard pyramid scheme.

simple carb.

If you are looking to make some decent gains, yes milk will help. Some people it works better for than others.

Let your body be the judge, but overall I see no problem with it.

Do not drink and take EC stack. This is contraindicated and can cause stress to both the liver and heart.

hey there seems to be some kind of sickness going around..


sunday i played baseball with a couple friends

one of my friends had drunk the night before and thought he had a hangover - fever, head pains
i drank that night.

MONDAY
i woke up with what i presumed to be a hangover, then what i thought was a sinus infection. fever, puffy eyes, sensitivity to light, running nose, and a bit lethargic. i took a pack of emergen-c in the am and a pack just before bed. during the afternoon i took some allergy medicine and passed out
woke up that same day with a fever. ate a bit. ended up taking nyquil to kill the fever. went to sleep for the night

tuesday
woke up with no fever, but at this point i had diarrhea. i ended up feeling considerably better than the day before, well enough to throw the football. came home and shit my guts out, ate, stayed up for a few hours just laying around watching tv, resting. went to sleep without nyquil or anything. apprently a friend i was throwing the football came down with a fever and BM issues as well. i took an emergen-c in the am and just before bed

wednesday
i woke up again with no fever but still the BM issues

i'm not sure what to think

Hi there,

I have started training few weeks ago and my goal is cutting/little muscle gain.

Right Now im doing :

Monday - biceps, triceps, abs
Tueday - chest, back
Wednesday - shoulder, forearms, abs
Thursday - biceps, triceps
Friday - chest, back, abs

I do 5 min of walk/jog at the start and 20/25 min of hiit cardio at the end.

I was wondering if its too much to do biceps, triceps, chest, back 2 times a week. Should I do it once and what would you change?

Hey Raynor I just wanted to thank you for helping me achieve great progress so far.

I really appreciate your time and effort to help me as well as everyone else here.

I want to fit about a 3month lean bulk before the summer cut.
I figured out my calorie goal as 2770 Calories. Will this suffice for a short lean bulk?
Also, how does this diet look?

Meal 1: Oatmeal + 3 eggs w/ coffee
Meal 2: 1 PB w/ bread
Meal 3: No Clue yet...
Meal 4: breaded chicken + broccoli + rice
Meal 5: normal dinner (meat w/ rice w/ etc)
Meal 6: Protein w/ milk.
and PWO wherever it needs to be depending on what time i went.

any idea for meal 3? I'm stumped b/c that is my school lunch time...
Also, what macro should i be going for on this bulk? 40/40/20?

thanks, and is drinking "skim milk" bad for cutting ? if i use ti to make a shake to substitute a meal and what not, or if i drink it before bed ?

Sounds like a virus. Very common.
